Chris Sibila is a customer-focused strategic leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has led critical facets of technology, payments, product management, digital transformation, and fraud prevention at the C-suite level with a proven understanding of the financial services market and deep experience driving product vision and roadmaps. Chris also has a track record of success in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with a career marked by helping organizations resolve challenges to drive growth. In addition, he has extensive experience with over 25 merger/acquisition projects and leading enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.

Prior to joining Dietrich Partners, Chris most recently served as Senior Vice President, Product Management, Payment Services for Harland Clarke (a nearly $1 billion dollar revenue company that provided payment and marketing services to half of the financial institutions in the US). In this role, he led a company-wide initiative to transform the legacy financial institution check program into a holistic new account digital activation and fulfillment service.

 

Before Harland Clarke, Chris was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Elements Financial Federal Credit Union where he drove the payments and deposit product growth strategy, while also leading the technology, project management, CRM, data analytics, and fraud prevention teams. Prior to Elements, he held a senior leadership role at Citibank, served as Chief Operating Officer at a small community bank, and served in several senior leadership positions over a 19-year career at Fifth Third Bank.

Chris received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati where he also played on the Bearcat’s varsity basketball team and then went on to earn an MBA from Xavier University.
