Chris's career began in benefits in 1992 as President of Online Benefits. Wrba remained with the company when it was acquired in 1998 by Acordia, Inc until 2000 as Senior Vice President.

 

He then became Vice President, US Sales, and Marketing, for Pan-American Life Insurance Company in New Orleans where he started the company’s worksite division and, in less than 3 years, built it into one of the nation’s largest worksite insurance companies. Since Pan American Life Chris has been consulting creating voluntary benefits divisions for National Brokerages in addition to, working on roll-ups within the commercial and benefits space.
